Bringing your child in for a developmental assessment can feel like a big step. Here is exactly what happens, so you know what to expect.
Before your visit
When you book, we ask a few short questions about your child and your concerns. A member of our team calls within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. You can choose an in-person visit at one of our centres or an online consultation.
During the assessment
You will meet our multidisciplinary team. We get to know your child through play, observation and structured activities, and we listen carefully to your observations as a parent. We explain what we are doing in plain language throughout.
After — your plan
We talk you through what we found and what it means, and you leave with a clear, personalised plan. Between visits, our app gives you activities and guidance so you always know the next step.
