The people behind geniuslane
Doctors, psychologists, play specialists and centre teams who work out what a child needs — and then make sure it reaches the people around them.
What everyone here shares
Different roles, one way of thinking about a child. These are the things that hold across every centre and every team.
One approach, every centre
Clinicians and centre teams are trained through the geniuslane Training Academy, so a family meets the same thinking wherever they come to us.
Understand before you label
We work out why a child is struggling first. Everyone on the team works inside their scope, and nobody guesses at a diagnosis.
Development, not deficit
We describe where a child is and what helps — a developmental age and a direction, not a verdict.
The work reaches home
What the team does in a session is only half of it; the plan is handed to the family through the app so it carries into everyday life.
What our team says
