Geniuslane provides information, assessment and support relating to children's development. Content on the website and from the chat assistant is general information to help you decide on next steps.
Not a medical emergency service — no diagnosis online
The website and chat assistant do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for professional clinical advice. Assessment and care are provided only by our qualified team through a booked appointment.
If your child needs urgent help, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not use the website or chat for emergencies.
Appointments and bookings
Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm a time. Any fees, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be explained to you before your appointment.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Signing up is free and you may stop using or close your account at any time.
